Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not on that list, checkout will not offer you a delivery option — we would rather tell you now than take your money and disappoint you later.
Production
Your order enters production within one business day and is typically dispatched in 2–4 business days. Engraved and personalised pieces sit at the longer end of that range.

Transit time starts the day your parcel leaves us, not the day you order. Add production time to get your realistic arrival date.
Christmas 2026 order-by dates
These are the last dates we can promise delivery before 25 December. They already include production time and, for orders leaving the United States, a few days of customs margin.

If you are buying for the UK or the UAE, note how early those dates fall. Orders for those two countries need to be placed before Black Friday weekend, not during it.
Customs and import charges
Orders ship from the United States. If you are in the United Kingdom, Canada or the UAE, your parcel crosses a border, and your local customs authority may charge import VAT or duty before it is released. That charge is set by your country, collected by the carrier at delivery, and is not something we receive or control. It is worth knowing about before you order rather than at your front door.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link the moment your parcel is collected.
Ordering for a date
If a piece needs to arrive by a specific day, choose a Priority service and give yourself a few days of margin. Carriers occasionally run late and we would rather you were early than anxious. If you are close to the wire, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
If something goes wrong
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns — please read our refund policy before ordering. What we do cover, always: anything that arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect is replaced free of charge, and you do not need to send it back. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
