How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier. You can follow it from dispatch to your door.
Do you accept returns?
No. Every piece is made after you order it and paired with a message card for that design, so change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not possible — ring sizes included. Please choose carefully, and ask us anything before you buy.
If it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, that is on us: email a photo within 14 days and we replace it free. You do not post anything back. Full detail in our refund policy.
How long does delivery take?
Pieces are made to order and typically dispatch within 2–4 business days, then take a further 2–5 business days in transit in the US. You will see an estimate on this page.
Will the finish fade?
No. Our pieces are polished stainless steel finished in 14K white gold or 18K yellow gold, made to be worn daily without tarnishing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If production has not started we will cancel and refund in full. Once it has, the piece is already being made for you and cannot be cancelled.
